Yes. Our lenses have an anti-blue light coating that filters HEV blue light in the 380–500nm range — the wavelengths most associated with eye strain, disrupted sleep, and digital fatigue. The lenses look clear, so you won't notice any yellow or orange tint.
Barely, if at all. Unlike amber-tinted blue light glasses, Nisalume lenses are virtually clear. There's a very subtle shift in how warm colours appear, but for most people working on screens, it's not noticeable.
No — Nisalume glasses have non-prescription (plano) lenses. They're designed for people who don't need corrective lenses but want the benefits of blue light filtering. If you have a prescription, speak to your optometrist about adding a blue light coating to your regular lenses.
Absolutely — that is the idea. Our frames are designed for extended wear, and the lightweight construction keeps them comfortable even after hours on. Most daytime customers wear them throughout their workday. Night glasses are designed to be worn in the 2–3 hours before bed.
Both offer the same blue light blocking protection — the difference is purely the frame style. The Slim range features a sleek browline silhouette with a metal bridge. The Classic range features a round acetate frame — a bolder, more vintage-inspired shape. It comes down to personal style. Many of our customers own both.
